Essential Oil Recipe of the Week – Refresh

This diffuser blend is great when you’re feeling stuffy.

2 drops Peppermint

2 drops Spearmint

2 drops Wintergreen

2 drop Breathe

Diffuse in your favorite diffiuser.  Can be used anytime, but especially good at night while sleeping.
