Upcycled Valentine Candy Box

This is an upcycled candy box that I altered and then put no calorie, no sugar, no fat treats into for a gift.  I used Delta Ceramcoat Crackle to give it a distressed vintage look.Large Upcycled Valentine Heart Candy Box

I filled the box with some scrapbooking treats.  Clothes pins, bottle caps, paper clips, laces, fibers, flowers, an array of metal embellishments just to name a few.

Here’s a look at all the goodies spread out.

Altered General Foods International Coffee Tin

Reduce, reuse, recycle.  I just put a strip of paper around the tin, added a flower, some bling, and a butterfly.  I spray painted the lid and voila I have a pretty tin to hold my ribbon scraps.  Challenge for the week upcycle something around your house.
